No tiene ningún sentido cuando lo que pretendemos es descongestionar el tráfico hacia la costa. Esta entrada sólo ampara al pueblo de Punta Umbría. Ya que se supone que la carretera que va hacia Cartaya se anulará como medio de mejora de la costa en la rcuperación de la zona: "...como si hubieran retrocedido a la pureza de las dunas en los años 60".
Afecta esta obra en gran medida al Paraje Natural de Marismas del Odiel, no sólo por la obra civil de tal magnitud, sino que moralmente hace efectiva que las leyes o directivas europeas no sirvan para nada como medida de portección. Recordad que es: Paraje Natural, Reserva Natural, Zona LIC, Humedal RAMSAR, Reserva de la Biosfera,... en fin una poca verguenza.
Otras opciones son la futuras construcciones alrededor de dicha carrtera, el incentivo de tener la Playa a 7 minutos de las futuras viviendas, en zonas crecanas al polo químico, balsas de fosfoyesos,etc...
Bueno y luego está el proyecto de la red de Molinos de Viento en el espigón.
